Week 6 Practicing Loving-Kindness

Loving-kindness meditation is a form of meditation that uses a series of phrases to evoke feelings of loving-kindness or compassion. Phrases can be friendly wishes or good intentions, such as “May I be happy,” “May I live with ease”, “May I be free from fear,” “May I be kind to myself”.

After the practice, please take a minute and let your mind settle, to soak in what you have just experienced.

Also, please give yourself a chance to reflect on what you just experienced: What did you notice? How are you feeling now? Was there anything challenging about the meditation?
